—Markus Albers is a freelance journalist and writer of non-fiction books. He lives in Berlin, Germany.

He is correspondent for Monocle, his work has been published in Brand Eins, GQ, AD, Vanity Fair, Spiegel, Stern, SZ-Magazin, Welt am Sonntag and Die Zeit. He also works as media consultant on new print and online products for major publishers and agencies.

His new book is "Meconomy". He also wrote the Manager Magazin and getAbstract Bestseller "Morgen komm ich später rein". Both books received enthusiastic reviews from leading German magazines as well as national newspapers, radio and television.
