Haven&#039;t read Eric Weiner&#039;s book but looking forward to getting it now. Yes I think place is linked to happiness, because of its unique mix of people, culture, lifestyle, attitude and even little details like prices - to make the most of this we&#039;ve got to know what makes us happy, and find the most suitable environment in order to make the most of it... 
BUT I think the biggest factor is finding like-minded people though. For most people-people (as in non-hermits), companions are the biggest key to happiness. It&#039;s almost contradictory because everyone wants to live a mobile lifestyle but its biggest trade-off is the sacrifice of solid interpersonal relationships and having a strong friend/colleague support group that you can speak to.</description>
